What you get
With your graduate's consent, a monthly update and report on their progress: applications sent, interviews secured, sessions completed, and what comes next.
How it works
- 1. Book and pay. The six-month project starts the day you pay.
- 2. Intake. Your graduate completes a short form and a first call, so I understand what they want and where they're starting from.
- 3. Strategy. We agree where to aim and how to get there.
- 4. Documents. Their resume, cover letters and LinkedIn, written around the roles they're targeting.
- 5. Search and coaching. They apply, I prepare them for every interview, and you receive a report each month.
The guarantee
Your graduate sends at least ten applications a week. If they don't land a single interview within six months, I'll extend the project for another six months at no cost. Recruiter screens count. Full terms here.
