1. Refund Eligibility
Refunds are considered under the following circumstances:

  • If a service was purchased but not delivered as described.

  • If there is a technical issue preventing access to digital products or services that cannot be resolved.

Please note that refunds are not available for:

  • Services that have been fully delivered or completed.

  • Digital products or resources that have been downloaded or accessed.

  • Changes of mind or buyer’s remorse.

2. Requesting a Refund

3. Refund Processing
Once your refund request is received, we will review it and notify you of the approval or rejection within 5 business days. Approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method and may take 5–10 business days to appear on your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.

4. Cancellations
If you wish to cancel a scheduled service (e.g., career coaching session, workshop), please provide at least 48 hours notice. Cancellations made with less notice may not be eligible for a refund but may be rescheduled at the discretion of Canary Careers.
